Terms of Service

Scope and access

These terms cover the Altaris Studios informational website and its private Altaris Jarvis Creator desktop integration. The integration is for studio-authorized operators managing accounts they own or are permitted to manage. It is not a public account-hosting service. The website offers no public sign-up, software download, purchase or subscription.

Account authorization

Use official provider consent and grant only the permissions required for the selected supported features. Do not provide someone else's credentials, bypass provider restrictions, impersonate another person or claim ownership of an account you do not control. Operators remain responsible for access to their computer, local media and backups.

Content and publication

You must have the rights and permissions to use media, music, trademarks and personal information included in your content. Review captions, visuals, account identity, visibility and publishing settings before authorizing publication. Follow each platform's rules. A local draft or export does not mean that content has been published or that a provider has approved an integration.

Supported features and limitations

Features depend on the installed version, provider approval and available account grants. YouTube supports authorized account information and uploads. TikTok sandbox access is restricted to authorized test users and configured identity/public-video features. TikTok and Instagram video publishing currently uses local exports and the provider's upload interface. Instagram professional API setup is pending, and X API access is inactive. Metrics may be unavailable, delayed or limited by the provider. No audience, revenue, availability or approval outcome is guaranteed.

Fees

This website does not charge a fee or request a payment method. No paid platform API, subscription, domain purchase or other charge is included or authorized by using this website. A separate, explicit owner decision is required before a paid service can be enabled. These terms do not change a third party's pricing.

Privacy and termination

The Privacy Policy explains the integration's data practices and your choices. Operators may stop using the utility, disconnect it and revoke provider access. Altaris Studios may suspend access if an operator is no longer authorized or use violates platform rules. Revoking an integration does not remove content already published on an external platform.

Third-party services

External services are provided by their respective operators and remain subject to their own terms. Use of the YouTube integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Altaris Studios is independent and is not endorsed by Roblox, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Meta or X.

Changes and contact

The utility and these terms may change as supported features evolve. Updated terms will show a new effective date. Questions, access issues and account-data requests can be sent to altarisstudios0@gmail.com. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
