ALTARIS STUDIOS

ALTARIS JARVIS CREATOR

Privacy Policy

Effective 22 October 2026

This policy describes the Altaris Studios website and the studio's private Altaris Jarvis Creator desktop integration. It does not replace a social platform's own privacy policy or describe all unrelated features of the wider Jarvis application.

Who operates this service

Altaris Studios operates the website and uses the creator utility for its own studio accounts. Contact: altarisstudios0@gmail.com. The creator utility has no public sign-up or public download on this website.

Website visits

This static website has no account form, advertising code, analytics script or embedded social feed. Following an external platform link takes you to that provider's service. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Information used by the desktop integration

Only authorized studio operators may connect accounts. Depending on the provider, approved permissions and features actually configured, the utility can process account or channel identifiers, display names, profile information, owned or public video metadata, supported engagement counts, authorization tokens and the operator's selected media files, captions and publication settings.

YouTube permissions are youtube.readonly for supported channel/video information and youtube.upload for operator-authorized uploads. TikTok's restricted sandbox integration requests user.info.basic and video.list for account identity and public video information. Instagram requires an approved professional-account grant before identity or supported metrics can be retrieved. X API access is currently inactive. A configured label or browser sign-in alone does not authorize API access.

Why information is used

Information is used to verify connected account identity, display supported channel results, prepare and review studio media, perform explicitly authorized supported uploads and diagnose connection failures. AI assistance may be used by the operator to prepare or review content within the configured Jarvis workflow. This website does not receive provider tokens or perform AI processing.

Storage, sharing and security

The desktop utility stores connection credentials in Windows-user-protected local storage. Media exports, project information and supported cached metrics may also be stored on the operator's computer and in operator-controlled backups. Provider requests are made to the relevant platform. Content selected for an authorized upload is sent to that platform. Operators control any additional sharing through their configured production tools; this static website does not transmit desktop data to them.

Altaris Studios does not sell provider account data or use it for advertising. Access is limited to authorized studio operators and the service providers needed to carry out the requested feature. Google user data is handled according to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Provider data must not be used to train generalized AI models. No password, token or authentication code should be sent to our support email.

Retention and your choices

Connection information is retained while the operator uses the integration. Disconnecting in Jarvis removes its stored authorization grant; it does not automatically remove exported files, every cached record, backups or content already posted on a provider. This version does not promise an automatic purge of all local project files. Authorized operators can remove their local files and request assistance deleting related account data and recoverable studio-controlled backups.

You can revoke access through the provider's account settings at any time. For Google, visit Google account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized requests but does not delete previously published videos. Manage published content through the platform itself.

Data access, correction and deletion

Email altarisstudios0@gmail.com with the platform, account handle and what you want accessed, corrected or removed. We may ask for a non-secret way to verify account control. We will explain what can be removed from studio-controlled records and what remains under the platform's control. See support and data deletion instructions.

Platform policies and changes

Provider-hosted data and published content are also subject to the provider's policies: Google, TikTok, Instagram/Meta and X. Material changes to this integration's practices will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
