Support &
data deletion

For Altaris Jarvis Creator, contact altarisstudios0@gmail.com. Include the relevant platform, account handle and a description of the issue. Do not include a password, PIN, access token or authentication code.

Disconnect an account

  1. Open the provider's connection settings in Jarvis Creator Studio.
  2. Choose Disconnect to remove its stored authorization grant.
  3. Revoke the app through the provider's account settings if you also want to remove the provider-side authorization. Google users can use Google account connections.

Disconnecting does not delete already published videos, exported media, every cached project record or backup. Manage published posts in the provider's own interface.

Request deletion of studio-controlled data

  1. Email altarisstudios0@gmail.com with the subject “Creator data deletion request”.
  2. State the platform, account handle and the data you want removed, including any related local exports or backups you want considered.
  3. We may ask for a non-secret way to verify that you control the relevant account. We will confirm the scope of deletion and explain any records that are controlled by an external platform or must be retained.

This is a support-assisted process; this website does not collect login details or run an automated deletion form. For data held by a social platform itself, use that provider's privacy tools.

Report a connection issue

Describe the exact status shown in Jarvis, whether official browser sign-in succeeded and which feature you were trying to use. Remove secrets and personal information from any screenshots. Developer sandbox restrictions, missing approvals and expired grants can prevent a connection even when the browser profile is signed in.
